Repetitive stress injuries can affect workers in almost every job. The most well-known RSI is carpal tunnel syndrome, which usually arises in people who type for hours every day.
RSIs can happen any time the body has to exert itself in the same motion over and over again. People who stock shelves commonly end up with an RSI.
These injuries can be harder to pinpoint on a work-related problem and are more likely to be denied by workers’ compensation.
