Florida Highway Patrol says that Fernandez hit two vehicles before the third, and most severe impact. He slammed into two people sitting on a bus bench.
“One (victim) was under the car,” said a witness to the crash. “I think she lost her legs.”
Overall, three people were taken to the hospital and Fernandez was caught and arrested.
